Shape measurement of bent workpieces is available both within and independent of automatic processes.

For its automated systems transfluid^® uses the advanced technology of its renowned pipe forming machines complemented with high-performance storage and loading systems, robot automation and with user-defined programming of handling systems. Components such as screws, flanges or nuts are fed into the process from single hoppers or rotating sorters with complete control of presence and position.

Depending on your requirements the systems can be equipped with soldering and welding systems, weld seam detection units, marking devices, tests and autofrettage. This ensures optimal processes during pipe bending and pipe forming.
